Openings for a brand new brand for baristas and service staff.

Barista, preparing and serving high-quality coffee, taking customer orders, handling payments, and providing excellent customer service. Key duties involve operating coffee machines, managing inventory, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and communicating effectively with customers and team members.

Essential skills for a barista include knowledge of different types of coffee and beverages, coffee roasting knowledge, strong customer service, multitasking ability, attention to detail, and the capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Must be able to work in a team, and be flexible for shift work and locations across Switzerland, according to demand.

Weekend work required.

German speaking essential.
