Your Role

• Mixology at the highest level: Prepare cocktails with excellent guest service in all resort bars.
• Advising and Selling: Provide advice on aperitifs, digestifs, wine, and spirits.
• Welcome Innovation: Assist in creating new cocktails for the menus based on guest preferences.
• Create Atmosphere: Foster an inviting environment for guests.
• Efficient Organization: Assist in inventory management and orders.
• Team Support: Conduct training for service staff in spirits and cocktails.
• Maintain High Standards: Ensure compliance with operational guidelines and hygiene standards.

Requirements

• A completed training in hospitality and several years of bartending experience, ideally in a 5-star setting.
• Mixology knowledge: Passion for cocktails and solid knowledge of international trends.
• Language skills: Fluent in German and English, with additional languages being an advantage.
• Creativity and Innovation: Enjoys developing new cocktail ideas.
• Personality: Able to manage pressure, adapt, and maintain a cheerful demeanor even in challenging situations.
