Your Role:

• Mixology at the highest level: Prepare cocktails with excellent guest service across all resort bars.
• Consultation and Sales: Advise guests on aperitifs, digestifs, wines, and spirits.
• Welcome Innovation: Support in creating new cocktails reflecting guest preferences and global trends.
• Atmosphere Creation: Create a welcoming environment that invites guests to stay.
• Efficient Organization: Assist in inventory management and ordering with a focus on cost-effective purchases.
• Team Development: Conduct training sessions for staff on spirits and cocktails.
• Uphold Standards: Ensure compliance with operational guidelines and hygiene standards.

Requirements:

• Completed education in gastronomy/hospitality and several years of experience as a barkeeper, ideally in a 5-star environment.
• Passion for cocktails and in-depth knowledge of international trends.
• Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Creative and innovative in cocktail crafting.
• Strong personality with resilience and flexibility, thriving in challenging situations.
