Barman / Barmaid

We are looking for a Barman / Barmaid to join our team at the Waves rooftop lounge. As a key player, you'll ensure a unique customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and advise clients with professionalism and elegance.
• Take orders and create drinks, cocktails, and house specials.
• Maintain fluid and quality service even during peak hours.
• Manage bar stocks and equipment.
• Actively participate in creating drink and cocktail menus.
• Handle payment for consumptions.

Available to work weekdays and weekends according to usual restaurant hours.

Your Profile

• Excellent presentation and keen sense of customer service.
• Native French and proficient in English.
• Strong technical skills in bar service.
• Good knowledge of wines, spirits, and cocktails.
• Experience as a Barman/Barmaid in a 4 or 5-star establishment.
• Passionate, rigorous, dynamic, and enjoy working in a demanding environment.
