Bartender

Work where winter sports, enjoyment, and international flair meet. For the winter season 2026/27, we are looking for a bartender for our E-Tron Bar at the Grindelwald Terminal.

As a leading company in alpine tourism, we actively shape the experience area in the Jungfrau Region. Around 1,000 employees live daily our brand "Top of Europe" and develop the Jungfrau Railways as the largest cable car group in tourism into an integrated leisure and service company.

Work where others spend their winter holidays. The E-Tron Bar at the Grindelwald Terminal is a popular meeting point for winter sports enthusiasts and guests from around the world. For the season from mid-December 2026 to April 4, 2027, we are looking for a cheerful personality who embodies hospitality, enjoys taking responsibility, and maintains an overview even in lively moments.

Your Tasks

• Drink & Bar Service: Prepare coffee, drinks, and bar offerings professionally and with attention to detail.
• Guest Care: Advise our guests in a friendly and competent manner and create a warm atmosphere.
• Sales & Cash Management: Operate the cash register independently and settle it correctly.
• Preparation & Organization: Ensure daily mise en place and facilitate smooth operation at the bar.
• Merchandise Management: Assist with orders, inventory checks, and stock management.
• Quality & Cleanliness: Ensure order, cleanliness, and compliance with hygiene regulations.

What You Bring

• Experience in gastronomy, ideally in bar, service, or café areas.
• Enjoyment of guest contact and a pronounced service attitude.
• Resilience and flexibility, even during high guest volume.
• Independent and reliable working style with a high-quality awareness.
• Team spirit and positive demeanor as well as a well-groomed appearance.
• Good German and English skills, additional foreign languages are an advantage.
