Responsibilities

• Prepare the restaurant Schwiizer Stube
• Set up and take down the breakfast buffet
• Greet, seat, and assist guests
• Take orders
• Work closely with the breakfast kitchen team
• Daily mise en place creation
• Order necessary materials
• Collect and pass on information and guest needs to the respective interfaces
• Perform general cleaning duties according to HACCP guidelines
• Work according to operational standards
• Set tables according to occupancy & requirements

Requirements

• Professional experience in service is an advantage
• Clean, efficient, and guest-oriented work style
• Communicative and team-oriented personality
• Fluent German, other languages are a plus
• Willingness to work weekends
