Job Description

• Prepare breakfast drinks for hotel guests
• Ensure food items are displayed neatly and replenished as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the cafeteria, dining area, and service counters.
• Assist in basic food preparation such as cutting, portioning, and plating.
• Operate cafeteria equipment such as coffee machines.
• Clear tables, collect used dishes, and ensure timely cleaning of utensils and trays.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Monitor stock levels and inform supervisors about shortages of food items or supplies.
• Assist in receiving and storing food supplies properly.
• Provide friendly customer service and respond to customer requests or inquiries.
• Support kitchen staff and other team members during busy service hours.
• Ensure waste is disposed of properly and recycling guidelines are followed.
• Follow workplace health and safety regulations.
