Main responsibilities include:

• Assisting in menu design with healthy and seasonal ingredients
• Food service
• Mise en Place work and associated workplace hygiene
• Compliance with quality and hygiene standards according to HACCP
• Adherence to legal requirements and guidelines in the kitchen and storage area
• Mise en Place

• Professional experience as a Chef de Partie and in the kitchen
• Good German language skills
