Job Description

We are looking for a Chef de Partie by agreement.

Your Task

  • Conduct daily preparation and cooking of food in a kitchen area managed by the Chef or Sous Chef, and closely monitor Mise-en-Place requirements to ensure the station is ready for service.
  • Ensure that the kitchen and preparation areas for food are completely clean when left unattended.
  • Follow the established and/or legal rules regarding hygiene, stock rotation, dating, storage, temperature control of refrigerators, pest control, reporting faulty equipment, reporting notifiable diseases, and absenteeism, whether illness or otherwise.
  • Help avoid food waste and overproduction, and keep the food ordering from the business or supplies to a minimum.
  • Prepare meal orders and garnish them correctly according to recipes and proper plate presentation.

Your Profile

  • A dedicated, professional, and confident Chef de Partie with a proven track record in luxury hotel industry.
  • Multilingual is an advantage.
  • Holder of Swiss work permit or EU ID/Passport.
