- Organize your station
- Produce and control mise en place
- Maintain and control HACCP standards
- Delicate preparation of food items, respect for costs
- Prepare and control dishes
- Receive, check and store food items
- Control the quality of food items
- Accurate implementation of recipes and instructions from superiors
- Independently handle daily cleaning and minor maintenance tasks
- Flexibility to work in other locations of the Seven Group if needed
