  • Organize your station
  • Produce and control mise en place
  • Maintain and control HACCP standards
  • Delicate preparation of food items, respect for costs
  • Prepare and control dishes
  • Receive, check and store food items
  • Control the quality of food items
  • Accurate implementation of recipes and instructions from superiors
  • Independently handle daily cleaning and minor maintenance tasks
  • Flexibility to work in other locations of the Seven Group if needed
