Description

As Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for your assigned station and contribute significantly to the quality and smooth operation in the kitchen. Your main tasks include:

  • Independent preparation and appealing presentation of dishes in your area of responsibility.
  • Ensuring consistently high quality through careful selection and processing of fresh ingredients.
  • Actively participating in menu design and developing our culinary offerings.
  • Adhering to hygiene and safety standards (HACCP) to ensure the highest quality requirements.
  • Efficient cooperation with other kitchen teams to ensure a smooth workflow.

Your Profile

  • Completed training as a cook or comparable qualification.
  • Professional experience as a Chef de Partie or in a comparable position, ideally in upscale gastronomy or hospitality.
  • Passion for cooking and a strong sense of quality and responsibility.
  • Organizational skills and the ability to work structured and efficiently under pressure.
  • Good knowledge of HACCP guidelines and hygiene standards.
  • Team-oriented, reliable, and good communication skills.
  • Good language skills in Italian and English.

Our Offer

  • Fixed-term seasonal position from late November 2026 to mid-April 2027, further seasons desired.
  • Average 5-day work week at 43.5 hours.
  • 5 weeks vacation and 6 holidays per year.
  • 13th month salary upon entry (pro rata temporis).
