For our Quellenhof in the heart of Rapperswil, we are looking for a committed, creative individual as a Chef de Partie.

The Quellenhof stands for authentic Austrian cuisine, high-quality regional products, and honest craftsmanship. Our guests appreciate traditional classics as well as the careful selection of our ingredients: fresh market vegetables, meat from the region, and the Wiener Schnitzel, for which we are known far beyond the region.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training
• Passion for the profession
• Team spirit
• Perfect knowledge of German
• Knowledge of Austrian cuisine
