For the management of our gastronomic diversity, we are looking for you:

Your Tasks

• Ensure the smooth operation of all gastronomic outlets: Restaurant SCALA, Restaurant Zauberberg, Tonic Bar (only winter) in coordination with the outlet managers.
• Lead the outlet managers.
• Staff planning for the various outlets with Mirus HR 3.0.
• Conduct employee training and evaluate and improve workflows and processes regarding efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Continuous monitoring of compliance with our standards and hygiene regulations.
• Planning and proposing ideas in the F&B offerings area.
• Planning and having a say in the development of the F&B offer and creating operational workplace instructions.
• Organize, coordinate, supervise, and monitor events.
• Advise and assist guests/organizations in handling events of all kinds (cocktails, banquets, weddings, corporate parties, congresses, seminars, and meetings).

Your Profile

• Gastronomic training and extensive professional experience in the hospitality/gastronomy in this or a similar position.
• Entrepreneurial thinking and business understanding.
• High sense of responsibility, resilience, and reliability.
• Leadership experience and assertiveness.
• Very high level of quality awareness.
• Structured and proactive working style.
• Strong communication skills with high social competence and good manners towards guests, superiors, and employees.
• Very good oral and written language skills in German and English.
• Very good knowledge of common computer programs.
• Knowledge of Mirus HR 3.0 personnel administration and the Simphony cash register system is an advantage.
