Coffee Professional (m/f)
Thermoplan AG is a world-leading, innovative, and globally active family-owned company based in Central Switzerland. We develop and manufacture professional coffee machines of the highest Swiss quality. These powerful and versatile machines combine design finesse with technical reliability. Through respectful collaboration, we inspire our partners to share our passion for high-quality products—in short: Your challenge is our passion! We want to continue shaping this successful vision together with you.
Your Future Everyday Life
You’re the person who consistently turns good coffee into exceptional coffee—not just in ideal training situations, but where it really counts: on the job, under time pressure, with changing teams, and high expectations. You observe, listen, and ask the right questions. You turn observations into clarity—and clarity into impact. Part of your week takes place in Weggis: You prepare training sessions, refine materials, and ensure that the Coffee Academy is always "ready to perform." You plan visits, coordinate content, and make sure that every training session truly makes a difference in everyday life. When you’re out in the field, you accompany the sales team at tastings and pitches, lending technical substance to their presentations and making quality, competence, and performance visible. You optimize settings, refine recipes, and show teams how to achieve consistent results with just a few precise steps—quickly, efficiently, and reproducibly. At the same time, you’re the voice of practical experience for internal teams: You translate "real life" into insights that tangibly improve technology and solutions in the field.
In short: You are a coach, a quality driver, and a bridge-builder—between product and application, expectations and everyday reality, theory and the moment the cup lands in the guest’s hands.
