The Roland Arena is located in Lantsch/Lenz, about five kilometers from the village center of Lenzerheide. Thanks to its multifunctional architecture, the arena has become a well-known sports hotspot and is a meeting point for elite and young athletes, recreational sports enthusiasts, clubs, and sports associations. Nearly 60 beds spread across double and multi-bed rooms, the Bualino bistro, and the warm-hearted team make the athletic stay unforgettable.

Your Tasks

• Make the kitchen of the Biathlon Arena a gastronomic experience
• Proper preparation of hot and cold dishes while adhering to quality and hygiene standards
• Work according to HACCP standards
• Creatively and attractively arrange cold and warm dishes
• Enjoy cooking for buffets and large events

• Passion and enthusiasm for cooking

• Experience in event catering
• Solution-oriented action and quick comprehension

• Completed vocational training or experience as a cook
