You ensure a perfect start to the day for our guests, as breakfast is the most important meal of the day for you. Moreover, you master the preparation of Indian cuisine.

To strengthen our team at Hilton Zurich Airport, we are looking for a self-sufficient, responsible, and service-oriented personality who will support us in the breakfast kitchen as well as in serving our Indian guests, preparing traditional dishes, and buffets, as well as supporting in stewarding.

Your Tasks

• Preparation and presentation of cold and hot dishes for breakfast buffets, à la carte breakfast, room service, and catering
• Co-responsibility for the proper condition of the area of responsibility, especially regarding HACCP regulations
• Very good knowledge of all breakfast offerings
• Checking the food and buffets before serving for correctness
• Setting up and dismantling buffets in conference and banquet rooms
• If necessary, additional preparation and conduction of Indian caterings

Your Profile

• Work experience in a comparable position, preferably in international chain hotels
• Independent, reliable, and hygienic working method
• Willingness to work and resilience
• Language skills in German and English
