We are a young and growing brunch concept at SHOKO Brunch & Bar in Lachen SZ and are looking for a flexible, quick-learning chef who can bring their own ideas, take responsibility, and grow with us.

This is not just a job in the kitchen – it is an opportunity to help shape what we become.

Your tasks:

• Work independently in a small, fast-paced kitchen.
• Create and plate beautiful, creative brunch dishes.
• Maintain calmness and organization during busy service.
• Contribute new ideas and participate in menu development.
• Quickly adapt and support wherever needed.

What we are looking for:

• A creative mindset and passion for food presentation.
• Someone who learns quickly and can react spontaneously.
• The ability to handle stress and calmly manage multiple tasks at once.
• Enjoyment of independent work.
• Fluent English required.
• Knowledge of pastry is a big plus.
