The Angel Steakhouse restaurant in Liestal is looking to strengthen our team in the areas of gastronomy and labor integration:
Responsibilities
- Independent preparation of all hot and cold dishes
- Planning and organization of workflows in the kitchen
- Ensuring hygiene, quality, and safety standards according to food legislation
- Supporting menu planning and the creative development of our dishes
- Proper acceptance, storage, and documentation of goods, operational and cleaning agents
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training as a cook or kitchen employee
- Passion for cooking and interest in new culinary trends
- Team spirit, reliability, and responsibility
- Clean and hygienic work
- Several years of professional experience in gastronomy
- A high degree of independence, sociability as well as resilience
- Good German knowledge in spoken and written, additional languages are an advantage
- Flexibility and willingness to work on weekends/holidays
