The Angel Steakhouse restaurant in Liestal is looking to strengthen our team in the areas of gastronomy and labor integration:

Responsibilities

• Independent preparation of all hot and cold dishes
• Planning and organization of workflows in the kitchen
• Ensuring hygiene, quality, and safety standards according to food legislation
• Supporting menu planning and the creative development of our dishes
• Proper acceptance, storage, and documentation of goods, operational and cleaning agents

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training as a cook or kitchen employee
• Passion for cooking and interest in new culinary trends
• Team spirit, reliability, and responsibility
• Clean and hygienic work
• Several years of professional experience in gastronomy
• A high degree of independence, sociability as well as resilience
• Good German knowledge in spoken and written, additional languages are an advantage
• Flexibility and willingness to work on weekends/holidays
