Description

For our lively lakeside restaurant in Weggis, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Pizzaiolo (100%) for the summer season until the end of August.

Your Tasks

• Independent production and preparation of pizzas
• Working with Biga dough and Neapolitan pizza
• Adherence to our established recipes and quality standards
• Support in cold kitchen if needed (salads and simple preparation work)
• Clean and structured work even during high guest volume

Your Profile

• Experience with Neapolitan pizza dough and Biga is a mandatory requirement
• Independent and reliable working style
• Resilient and used to working in a dynamic environment
• Experience in the cold kitchen is an advantage
• German or English language skills required
