Your Responsibilities
In this versatile position, you will take main responsibility for a smooth service process and the satisfaction of our guests. Since you will often work independently, a structured and independent way of working is essential. You will have the support of a helper when needed.
Your responsibilities at a glance:
- Preparation of service (mise en place, order and cleanliness in the restaurant)
- Organization and coordination of the restaurant operations (including table and personnel planning)
- Processing reservation requests and room sales
- Welcoming and caring for guests
- Taking orders and serving food and drinks
- Conducting the evening service with friendly and attentive service
- Billing and cash closing at the end of service
- General organizational tasks to support operations
Your Profile
We are looking for a reliable, friendly, and thoughtful person who enjoys dealing with guests and works independently. Experience in the hospitality industry is required, but formal training is not necessary.
Our operation has a clear structure with two rest days (Monday and Tuesday). The working days are generally fixed from Wednesday to Sunday, with regular working hours from 2:00 PM until closing. A long-term annual employment contract is possible and desired.
