Join Hotel Chesa Surlej, located at a prime spot near ski slopes and Lake Silvaplana. We are looking for a motivated Server (m/w) for the summer season 2026 on an 80% basis, who possesses good professional knowledge and a positive attitude towards their work.

Work in a team-oriented environment with responsibilities including:

• Managing your own station, serving half board and a la carte guests
• Cash management using Gastronovi
• Providing support and advice to restaurant guests
• Maintaining efficient and clean working practices
• Adhering to hygiene regulations
• Flexibility and teamwork are essential, with a willingness to go beyond your assigned tasks.

Ideal candidates should have good German skills and ideally speak Italian. We offer the possibility of a winter season contract and can provide staff accommodation.
