Your main tasks:

• Provide flexible and cross-departmental support at the bar and in service to avoid bottlenecks and meet guest requests promptly.
• Ensure an optimal flow in the F&B area through efficient resource management and coordination of processes to guarantee outstanding service quality.
• Be responsible for the preparation and serving of food and beverages while adhering to the highest standards.
• Respond dynamically to guest inquiries and unexpected challenges to ensure a pleasant and smooth restaurant experience.
• Collaborate closely with other team members and departments to promote a harmonious operational flow and ensure guest satisfaction.

Your Profile:

• Experience in hospitality is an advantage but not mandatory.

• Good knowledge of German, Italian, and English.
