Job Description

To complete the team, we are looking for two:

Service Assistants for seasonal activities from June 15, 2026, to August 31, 2026.

Working percentage varies between 30% and 100%, with an indicative total of between 60 and 180 monthly hours.

The activity takes place on shifts from Monday to Sunday, during the time slot from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

Main Duties

• Management of orders;
• Use of handheld devices for orders;
• Management of payments through POS;
• Welcoming and serving customers;
• Maintaining order in the dining area and workspaces.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in the sector of at least 1 year;
• Good ability to use handheld devices and POS;
• Empathy, speed, and attention to the customer;
• Ability to work under stress;
• Reliability and sense of responsibility;
• Good oral English and basic knowledge of German.

Hourly wage according to CCNL. Workplace accessible by public transport.
