Service Staff

As a privately operated company, Solviva Care AG creates living and care offers for people with special support needs. We focus on specialized services in the field of age-independent long-term care. Currently, Solviva Care AG operates five care centers in Switzerland with around 350 residents. The Solviva Care AG is a sister company of viva group AG, which develops integrated care solutions for healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operation during lunch, afternoon, and evening service.
• Daily, appreciative contact with our residents.
• Contribute skills, learn new things, and develop professionally.

Requirements

• Experience in gastronomy/service is an advantage.
• Good German language skills, both spoken and written.
• Willingness to work on weekends and holidays.
• Reliability and punctuality.
• Awareness of hygiene and experience with food hygiene.
• Friendly demeanor and empathy when dealing with residents and guests.
