Description

You support our service team and are jointly responsible for a smooth running of all service operations.

Your main tasks:

• Independent care of the daily operations in the buffet restaurant or at the bar, including mise en place, inventory control, and hygiene (role model function in terms of quality and compliance with regulations)
• Processing of inquiries from guests and students to ensure smooth service
• Supervision, coaching, and feedback for students during their practical training
• Organizational support for internal and external events
• Participation in student projects in the areas of F&B
• Taking over shifts and weekend services

Your profile:

• Professional experience and training in the hospitality industry (mandatory)
• Host qualities and joy in personal contact with our students from all over the world
• Very good knowledge of high-quality service and drink preparation, as well as several years of practical experience
• Experience in dealing with minors and/or youth
• Team spirit, flexibility, resilience
• Good English skills, German skills are an advantage
