• Independent shift management
• Support the operational business focusing on high service standards
• Achieve first-class guest service
• Motivate and train your team
• Prepare mise en place and ongoing replenishment tasks
• Actively sell the product range
• Handle complaints
• Make orders
• Process cash transactions correctly and efficiently
• Correct storage of all goods
• Adhere to quality standards and strict hygiene regulations according to HACCP

Your Profile:

• Strong sales personality with a passion for customer service
• Communication skills with good German knowledge
• Experience in leading employees
• Flexibility, especially in work schedule (including evening and weekend shifts)
• Motivation, reliability, willingness to work
• Sense of responsibility and desire to perform
• Ability to recognize and meet guests' wishes
• Independent working style and resilient personality
