DAILY ROUTINE

• Start the day with team briefing and set daily goals.
• Delegate tasks to team members according to their skills and operational needs.
• Train and guide new employees, support them in their workplace integration and career development.
• Ensure quality and service standards are maintained.
• Intervene as necessary to solve problems and ensure smooth service.
• Monitor inventory, place orders, ensure adherence to inventory standards, and minimize waste.
• Provide a friendly reception and guarantee a positive customer experience.
• Prepare operational reports, review cash registers, assess team performance, and identify improvement opportunities.

PROFILE

• Experience in a similar role in fast food.
• Strong leadership skills, ability to motivate and guide a team to reach goals.
• Versatility to work in various positions, be it in the kitchen, service, or at the cash register.
• Commitment to food safety, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Motivation for personal and professional development.
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on priorities.
• Ability to train and guide new employees.
• Create a positive customer experience.
• Good German language skills.
