Responsibilities:

• Manage the smooth operation of service and ensure quality reception and personalized services for our clientele.
• Propose well-balanced food and wine pairings and relevant advice to our clients.
• Perfect mastery of the wine list to meet client expectations.
• Participate in the management of the cellar and crafting of beverage menus under the responsibility of the head sommelier.
• Apply the establishment's service procedures and standards.

Profile and Technical Skills:

• Basic knowledge in the bar area (alcohol-cocktail-coffee).
• Excellent culinary and wine knowledge.
• Excellent knowledge of wine service techniques.
• Excellent understanding of gastronomy.
• CFC Specialist in Catering.
• BEP/CAP/BTS/BAC PRO hospitality-restoration.
• Additional certifications in sommelier are a plus.
• Experience in a similar role in a 2 to 3 * Michelin gastronomic restaurant.
• Oral and written proficiency in French and English; another language is an asset.
• Organized, rigorous, flexible person with a good sense of hospitality and customer service, able to manage stress well and work as a team, open-minded with excellent relational skills.
