Manga Sushi is looking for a skilled and passionate Sushi Chef to join our growing team.

We are a busy and popular sushi restaurant dedicated to serving fresh, high-quality handmade sushi and providing an excellent customer experience.

Your Responsibilities:

• Prepare sushi, sashimi, maki rolls, nigiri, and other Japanese dishes
• Ensure high standards of food quality, freshness, and presentation
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene according to food safety regulations
• Manage ingredients and assist with stock control
• Work efficiently during busy service hours
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience as a Sushi Chef or in Japanese cuisine
• Good knife skills and knowledge of fish preparation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, responsible, and team-oriented
• Passion for quality food and attention to detail
• English communication skills required
• German is a plus
