Job Description
Preparation and cooking of Indian dishes according to restaurant standards. Very good knowledge in the area of Indian Tandoor and curry dishes. Knowledge about Indian spices, curries, Tandoori dishes, Naan, Biryani, and traditional cooking methods. Preparation of mise en place and daily kitchen tasks. Ensure quality, hygiene, and cleanliness according to HACCP guidelines. Proper storage and processing of food. Support the kitchen team during service. Control of inventory and reporting orders to management. Cleaning and maintenance of kitchen equipment and work areas. Ability to work efficiently under stress. Team spirit, reliability, and punctuality.
