Mandated by one of our clients, we are looking for a bar employee at 80%:

• Actively contribute to offering friendly, fast, and quality service to participants, collaborators, and clients of the center.
• Ensure service at the bar (hot, cold drinks, and simple snacks).
• Welcome and serve clientele with professionalism and friendliness.
• Prepare and continuously restock the bar.
• Manage priorities and ensure smooth service during peak times.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace according to hygiene standards.
• Participate in setting up coffee breaks, aperitifs, and events.
• Collaborate closely with kitchen and service teams.

Profile Sought

• Experience in service, catering, or bar.
• Sense of service and interpersonal skills.
• Dynamism, speed of execution, and team spirit.
• Good stress management, especially during busy times.
• Knowledge of food hygiene and safety rules.
• Ability to communicate freely in German and/or French.
• Flexibility and availability according to the needs of the center (weekends, evening hours).
