Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Chef (m/f/d) to strengthen our kitchen team for our half-board establishment.

Your Tasks:

  • Preparation and cooking of meals as part of the half-board service (breakfast, possibly afternoon offers, dinner menu)
  • Participation in the creation and implementation of menu plans
  • Plating and serving of dishes
  • Preparation of mise en place for daily service
  • Compliance with and control of HACCP and hygiene regulations
  • Careful handling of food and utensils
  • Support during goods receipt, storage, and inventory control
  • Ensuring smooth operations in the kitchen area
  • Cleaning your workplace according to hygiene regulations.
