Responsibilities:

• Line cooking and being in charge in all food preparation in the section
• Working in any section of the kitchen - Chef Tournant

We are looking for candidates who:

• Are very well organized and structured
• Are flexible, open-minded, independent and keen to develop their skills further
• Have organization skills
• Able to work whilst in a busy environment
• Communicatively in English

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar or same position is expected.
• Strong interpersonal skills, and hard-working person
• High end cooking experience is essential
• Casual cooking and catering experience is essential
• Knowledge of international cuisines and Pastry
• Candidates must have a deep understanding of and interest in cultural diversity.
• Dedication to the ongoing development and excellence of Institut auf dem Rosenberg and a commitment to the school's values and ethos.
• You are allowed to work in Switzerland (EU/EFTA)
