The BELVEDERE HOTEL FAMILY is located in the beautiful Scuol in Unterengadin. It includes the 4Superior Hotel Belvédère, the 3Superior Badehotel Belvair (including the Thai specialty restaurant «Nam Thai») and the 4*Boutique-Hotel GuardaVal (including gourmet restaurant with the philosophy «Art culinarica alpina»).

We are looking for a Chef de Rang (m/w/d) for our 4*Superior Hotel Belvédère starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your Tasks:

• Welcoming and taking care of guests
• Selling and consulting on drinks
• Responsibility for a station
• À la carte service
• Breakfast service
• Setting up and taking care of the different buffets
• Mise en Place tasks

Your Profile:

• Completed training as a restaurant specialist with experience in upscale gastronomy
• Communication skills and confident demeanor
• Wine knowledge is desired
• Very good German and English skills (Italian and any other foreign language is an advantage)
