The Bürgenstock Resort Lake Lucerne is an iconic hotel with a story dating back to 1873, offering a perfect setting for extraordinary moments and exceptional hospitality. We are looking for a new team member to ensure smooth service operations according to our internal standards in the banquet and à la carte areas.
Responsibilities
- Ensure a smooth service operation respectful of internal standards in the banquet and à la carte areas.
- Attend to our discerning guests.
- Ensure professional food and beverage service.
- Create a friendly and pleasant atmosphere for our guests.
- Prepare Mise en Place for structured workflow.
- Perform minor cleaning tasks.
Profile
You have completed training in the hospitality industry and have valuable experience in upscale hotels. You speak fluent German and English and bring organizational skills and reliability.
Even in stressful situations, you maintain composure and professionalism, with a disposition that reflects warmth and a willingness to take responsibility. Your sales talent, team spirit, and motivation for continuous development make you an ideal member of our team.
