Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the small service crew in all restaurants
- Ensure a friendly and high service standard in all restaurants and a smooth service process
- Actively sell the entire range of offerings
- Implement and control service standards and design according to ISO
- Train, motivate, and advance the service crew
- Actively participate in all outlets
- Jointly responsible for managing the wine cellar
- Ensure timely preparation and follow-up work in the restaurants
- Anticipate and plan activities and tasks
- Maintain cleanliness and order in all restaurants
- Engage in cost optimization, controlling, and economic deployment of the crew
Requirements
- Enjoyment for the profession and working with people
- Completed vocational training in hospitality or gastronomy
- Several years of experience in high-end service
- Experience in leading, motivating, and training staff
- Strong communication skills in German and English, resilience, and a sense of responsibility
- Strong knowledge of food, beverages, and wines
- Exemplary manners and a well-groomed appearance towards team and guests
- Ambition to continuously improve yourself, your team, and our establishment.
