Your responsibilities include:

  • Leading and motivating the small service crew in all restaurants.
  • Ensuring a friendly, honest, and high service standard, as well as a smooth and efficient service flow.
  • Actively selling the entire range of offerings.
  • Implementing and monitoring service standards and service design according to ISO.
  • Training, motivating, and developing the service crew.
  • Hands-on work in all outlets.
  • Co-managing the wine cellar inventory (order, cleanliness).
  • Ensuring timely pre and post-preparation work for restaurants.
  • Anticipating and planning activities and tasks to be completed.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and order in all restaurants.
  • Actively participating in cost optimization, controlling, and economic deployment of the crew.

Ideally, you have:

  • Joy in your profession, people, and leading.
  • A completed vocational training in hospitality or gastronomy.
  • Several years of professional experience in upscale dining.
  • Experience in leadership, motivation, and training of staff.
  • Strong communication skills in German and English, resilience, and a sense of responsibility.
  • Extensive knowledge of food, drinks, and wines.
  • Exemplary manners and a consistently well-groomed appearance towards the team and guests.
  • The ambition to continuously improve yourself, your team, and our establishment.
