Concorde espace culture is a future cultural space located in Châtelaine, Vernier. Designed as a meeting place for art, culture, and social connections, it will feature a diverse program in a large facility opening in September 2026.

Mission

Serve quality food and ensure a pleasant client experience across various dining outlets. Responsibilities include:

• Assisting in setting up the dining area before service.
• Greeting and seating customers.
• Presenting menus and taking orders.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the meal.
• Managing cash and ensuring cleanliness in the dining areas.
• Supporting a cohesive connection between dining and kitchen staff.

Profile

Qualifications

• Training in gastronomy or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in a high-paced service environment.

Skills

• Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexibly across different dining operations.
• Proficient in French and a good level of English; other languages are a plus.
