Lead the kitchen station independently. Create varied daily menus and seasonal dishes. Assist in developing and optimizing our menu. Ensure consistently high quality of all dishes. Maintain hygiene standards and cleanliness in the kitchen. Control inventory, manage stock, and handle food carefully. Participate in orders and purchasing.
