For our creative and innovative catering company of the Rhätische Bahn and the Matterhorn Gotthard Bahn based in Chur, we are looking for a motivated and committed service staff in St. Moritz. For over 100 years, we have been passionate hosts and railway lovers, pampering our guests at a high culinary level on the world-renowned Glacier Express between St. Moritz and Zermatt, in the nostalgic dining car of the Rhätische Bahn, and on the world-famous Bernina Express between Chur and Tirano.

• Crew Member (m/w) 80% fixed term until 18.10.2026 (Location: St. Moritz)
• Start as soon as possible or by arrangement

Responsibilities

• Friendly care & consultation of our international guests
• Safe recommendation of our offerings
• Ensuring a smooth service process on the train including additional sales & wine recommendations
• Preparation of drinks
• Preparation of the daily mise en place
• À la carte food and beverage service
• Support of the Crew Manager in all service areas
• Ordering drinks & non-food items
• Performing general cleaning and tidying tasks
• Compliance with quality, hygiene, and safety standards

Requirements

• Passionate and courteous host personality
• Completed vocational training or professional experience in gastronomy, catering, or tourism
• Sales & organizational talent
• Very good German skills, good English skills, further languages an advantage
• Reliable, flexible and resilient
• High quality standards, quick comprehension, confident & well-groomed appearance
• Responsible and independent way of working
• Willingness to undertake regular overnight stays.
