The Resort comprises three exclusive hotels: the Bürgenstock Hotel & Alpine Spa (5* Superior), the Waldhotel by Bürgenstock (5* Superior), and the Taverne 1879 (3*). Each property creates a unique atmosphere, alongside ten restaurants, bars & lounges showcasing culinary excellence.

As a Demi Chef de Partie, you will work with a young, motivated team to delight our local and international guests every day. Your responsibilities include the meticulous preparation of dishes in a modern, high-quality kitchen, ensuring optimal production flow, and maintaining high-quality standards. You will also share responsibility for implementing and monitoring hygiene concepts.

We are looking for passionate cooks with professional qualifications and initial experience in upscale cuisine. Fluency in German is required, and knowledge of English is an advantage. Key strengths include quality awareness, flexibility, teamwork, and commitment, alongside the ability to work independently and professionally.
