Job Description

You take on the independent planning and operational implementation of our events and caterings, ensuring a smooth process on-site. You coordinate processes responsibly and situationally take on a lead role in the team.

Setting up and taking down, as well as operating the event and food service infrastructure, includes returning, cleaning, and reprocessing materials. You are responsible for inventory management, procurement, replenishment, and transport for all locations including the Take-Away Store.

Your daily work is versatile, practical, and requires an overview as well as organizational talent. A resilient, solution-oriented, extroverted personality with an independent working style and enthusiasm for food and people is essential.

Your Profile:

  • Practical experience in event, gastronomy, or logistics beneficial
  • Craft skills and technical understanding (career changers welcome)
  • Independent, reliable, and structured working style
  • Physically robust and weatherproof
  • High commitment, flexibility (working hours, evening and night work, weekend assignments)
  • Team player mentality, solution-oriented thinking, flexible action
  • Driving license category B and BE essential

Your Main Tasks:

  • Independent planning, preparation, and operational implementation of events
  • Self-responsible coordination of on-site processes
  • Situationally taking over a team leader role (e.g., assignment, keeping an overview, being the contact person, ensuring processes) without formal leadership responsibilities
  • Setting up and operating event & food service infrastructure
  • Ensuring a smooth flow during event operations
  • Returning, cleaning, and proper reprocessing of event materials
  • Inventory management, material care, and inventory control
  • Organization of procurement, replenishment, and transports
  • Close coordination with internal contacts and supervisors
  • Flexible support wherever operational solutions are needed
  • Communication and exchange with suppliers and external partners
  • Completing small administrative tasks (e.g., checklists, reports, simple post-processing)
