Responsibilities

• Preparation of authentic traditional Chinese dishes
• Preparation of Hunan and Sichuan food
• Ensuring quality and authenticity of all meals
• Assisting in daily kitchen operations and organizing workflows

Your Profile

• Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in traditional Chinese cuisine
• Deep knowledge of Hunan and/or Sichuan cooking
• Ability to maintain authenticity and work independently
• Knowledge of Chinese (Mandarin) is a strong advantage
• EU work permit or willingness to relocate to Switzerland
• Interest in developing traditional cuisine in a Swiss restaurant
