Responsibilities:
- Line cooking and being in charge in all food preparation in the section
- Knowledge in preparation of diet menus
- Coordination of daily kitchen work
- Able to Work in any section of the kitchen incl. patisserie
We are looking for candidates who:
- Are very well organized and structured
- Are flexible, open minded, independent and keen to develop their skills further
- Have organization skills
- Able to work whilst in a busy environment
- Communicatively in English
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar or same position is expected
- Strong interpersonal skills, and hard working person
- High end cooking experience is essential
- Casual cooking and catering experience is essential
- Knowledge of international cuisines
- Candidates must have a deep understanding of and interest in cultural diversity
- Dedication to the ongoing development and excellence of Institut auf dem Rosenberg and a commitment to the school's values and ethos.
