Responsibilities:

• Line cooking and being in charge in all food preparation in the section
• Knowledge in preparation of diet menus
• Coordination of daily kitchen work
• Able to Work in any section of the kitchen incl. patisserie

We are looking for candidates who:

• Are very well organized and structured
• Are flexible, open minded, independent and keen to develop their skills further
• Have organization skills
• Able to work whilst in a busy environment
• Communicatively in English

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar or same position is expected
• Strong interpersonal skills, and hard working person
• High end cooking experience is essential
• Casual cooking and catering experience is essential
• Knowledge of international cuisines
• Candidates must have a deep understanding of and interest in cultural diversity
