Responsibilities:

• Maintaining a clean kitchen and properly maintained and organized equipment. This means:
  • Good knowledge of the HACCP-Standards
  • Keeping all kitchen sections clean and sanitized
  • Keeping cookware cleaned, well organized and ready for use.
  • Washing kitchen utensils and equipment such as stoves, refrigerators, Tilt frying pan, ovens, Deep fryer, etc.
  • Reporting damaged or defective equipment to management.
  • Helping manage inventory, like tracking deliveries, unloading shipments, and storing supplies properly.
  • Preparation of the mise en place and arrange platters

We are looking for candidates who:

• Are very well organized and structured.
• Are flexible, open minded, independent and keen to develop their skills further
• Able to work whilst in a busy environment
• Communicatively in English

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar or same position is expected.
• Strong interpersonal skills, and hard working person
• Candidates must have a deep understanding of and interest in cultural diversity.
