Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook authentic Korean dishes according to restaurant standards
  • Ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation
  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations
  • Prepare and handle ingredients for daily kitchen operations
  • Support the organization and coordination of kitchen activities
  • Maintain cleanliness and efficiency in the kitchen

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Korean cuisine
  • Valid culinary qualification or cooking license in Korean cuisine
  • Strong knowledge of traditional Korean dishes and cooking techniques
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • Reliable, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
