Your tasks include:

• Responsibility for the preparation and presentation of pizzas
• Preparing dough and toppings
• Proper storage and handling of goods
• Ensuring efficient collaboration among kitchen positions
• Checking daily tasks and coordinating with the kitchen team
• Adherence to and control of hygiene regulations

About Schmuggler Alm:

The experience restaurant Schmuggler Alm with a panoramic terrace and integrated duty-free shop is located in Samnaun, not far from the border with Austria and South Tyrol. The Schmuggler Alm operates two seasons: from the end of November to early May and from mid-June to early October. Our gastro team consists of 20 to 30 employees.
