Team members in the Social Urban Life division bring social aspects to urban developments and operate sociocultural offerings in the districts.
For Café Schütze, we are looking for a cheerful, young personality starting June 1, 2026, or by agreement.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth service in the café
• Be open and interested as a host, build trust quickly, and create an atmosphere where everyone feels welcome
• Keep everything clean and tidy and ensure hygiene to meet food law requirements

Profile

• Completed training in hospitality or several years of experience in the gastronomy sector
• Motivated and service-oriented, contributing positively to team spirit with your humorous personality
• Presentable, friendly, and attentive demeanor is essential
• Accessible personality, able to engage well with various stakeholders, and enjoy interacting with different people
• Good spoken German skills

We Offer

• An exciting, diverse task in an environment that values appreciation. We emphasize open, transparent communication and strong collaboration. Your regular working day is on Thursdays from 1:30 PM to 7:30 PM. If possible, we appreciate your flexibility to cover for absences or shortages occasionally on Tuesdays or Wednesdays.
