The Gemeinnützige Gesellschaft Zug operates the gastronomic establishment and meeting point Podium 41 on behalf of the city of Zug. Directly on Zug Lake, we combine heartfelt gastronomy with a social mission: alongside our guests, we support people in work integration on their way back to the labor market.

Responsibilities

• Care for our guests at the bar including serving and cashing
• Ensure a friendly and efficient service
• Clear and maintain guest areas
• Independently open and close the business
• Assist with general cleaning tasks
• Flexible shifts, also in the evenings and on weekends

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in service
• Enjoy interacting with guests and working independently
• High social competence and respectful interaction with diverse people
• Very good German skills
• Team-oriented, reliable and resilient
• Willingness for flexible work shifts
• Teaching qualification is an advantage
