About the Project

We are relaunching an exclusive gastronomic project led by Paula Gutiérrez, awarded Best Cook of the Year 2026 in Spain. We are looking for two passionate professionals to join our front-of-house team and deliver an exceptional dining experience in the heart of Andermatt.

Key Requirements:

• Languages: Intermediate German (B1 minimum) and Fluent English. French, Italian or Spanish a strong asset.
• Immediate availability.
• Right to work in Switzerland.

Profile:

• Strong attention to detail, a high sense of responsibility, warmth, and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Professional experience in upscale or high-volume dining is preferred.
